Pornind de la aceast\u0103 premis\u0103, la<br>19 septembrie 2022, cu suportul Ambasadei Statelor Unite ale Americii \u00een Republica Moldova,<br>prin intermediul Proiectului PNUD \u201eSuport pentru reforma institu\u021biilor de aplicare a legii \u00een<br>Moldova\u201d, \u00een cadrul Academiei \u201e\u0218tefan cel Mare\u201d a Ministerului Afacerilor Interne, a fost<br>inaugurat Departamentul de Selectare \u0219i Evaluare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Departamentul este aplasat pe 500m2 \u0219i dispune de:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 s\u0103li dotate cu a c\u00e2te 25 de calculatoare;<\/li><li>1 sal\u0103 de \u0219edin\u021b\u0103 cu c\u00e2te 17 locuri;<\/li><li>4 birouri de consiliere psihologic\u0103;<\/li><li>5 birouri de serviciu open space pentru 13 angaja\u021bi;<\/li><li>1 server;<\/li><li>1 arhiv\u0103;<\/li><li>1 sufragerie.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obiectivele principale ale departamentului constau \u00een:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Elaborarea unui mediu de colaborare securizat \u0219i fiabil care ofer\u0103 at\u00e2t mijloace de colaborare<br>angaja\u021bilor MAI (implica\u021bi \u00een procesele de evaluare a resurselor umane), oriunde s-ar afla, c\u00e2t \u0219i<br>mijloace de integrare informa\u021bional\u0103 pentru sisteme externe.<\/li><li>Eliminarea factorului uman direct \u00een procesul de evaluare psihologic\u0103 a resurselor umane MAI<br>la angajare \u015fi \u00een cadrul evalu\u0103rii periodice.<\/li><li>Furnizarea de informa\u021bie veridic\u0103 \u0219i operativa privind aptitudine resurselor umane de a fi<br>angajate \u00een diferite posturi ale MAI.<\/li><li>Organizarea \u015fi desf\u0103\u015furarea probelor eliminatorii pentru candida\u0163i la func\u0163iile manageriale \u00een<br>cadrul MAI.<\/li><li>Sprijinirea elabor\u0103rii politicilor MAI privind activitatea psihologic\u0103, recrutarea, evaluarea \u015fi<br>selec\u0163ia.<\/li><li>Adaptarea \u0219i etalonarea instrumentelor psihologice utilizate \u00een procesele de selec\u021bie \u0219i evaluare,<br>\u00een vederea asigur\u0103rii unei evalu\u0103ri continue, valide \u0219i fiabile a personalului din sistemul MAI.<\/li><li>Asigurarea stabilit\u0103\u021bii emo\u021bionale a mediulului academic, prin acordarea suportului psihologic.<br><br>Angajatele Departamentului de Selectare \u0219i Evaluare sunt licen\u021biate cu dreptul de utilizare a<br>platformei CAS++, un instrument digital specializat \u00een administrarea \u0219i interpretarea testelor<br>psihologice standardizate \u0219i omologate la nivel interna\u021bional. Utilizarea acestei platforme<br>contribuie la eficientizarea procesului de evaluare psihologic\u0103, asigur\u00e2nd acurate\u021bea datelor,<br>rapiditatea prelucr\u0103rii rezultatelor \u0219i respectarea standardelor interna\u021bionale \u00een domeniul<br>psihodiagnosticului, elimin\u00e2nd \u00een mare m\u0103sur\u0103 interven\u021bia factorului uman. Competen\u021bele digitale<br>ale speciali\u0219tilor, \u00een combina\u021bie cu formarea profesional\u0103 continu\u0103, permit desf\u0103\u0219urarea evalu\u0103rilor<br>\u00eentr-un mod riguros, obiectiv \u0219i adaptat cerin\u021belor actuale ale sistemului MAI.<br>Prin activitatea Departamentului de Selectare \u0219i Evaluare, Academia asigur\u0103 ca fiecare candidat \u0219i<br>student s\u0103 fie evaluat nu doar din perspectiva cuno\u0219tin\u021belor, ci \u0219i a competen\u021belor psihologice<br>necesare pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 provoc\u0103rilor profesionale specifice domeniului de aplicare a legii.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Evaluarea psihologic\u0103 a candida\u021bilor \u0219i studen\u021bilor<\/strong> \u2014 pentru a identifica tr\u0103s\u0103turi de personalitate, capacitatea de rezilien\u021b\u0103, motiva\u021bia \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile socio-emo\u021bional.<\/li><li><strong>Consiliere psihologic\u0103<\/strong> \u2014 care sprijin\u0103 angaja\u021bii, candida\u021bii \u0219i studen\u021bii \u00een dezvoltarea autocunoa\u0219terii, gestionarea stresului \u0219i adaptarea la mediul profesional.<\/li><li><strong>Interven\u021bii \u0219i suport \u00een situa\u021bii de criz\u0103<\/strong> \u2014 asigur\u00e2nd un sprijin specializat \u00een momente dificile sau \u00een urma unor experien\u021be traumatizante.<\/li><li><strong>Diagnoz\u0103 organiza\u021bional\u0103<\/strong> \u2014 pentru monitorizarea climatului psiho-emo\u021bional \u00een cadrul Academiei\/subdiviziunilor MAI \u0219i sus\u021binerea unui mediu educa\u021bional s\u0103n\u0103tos \u0219i motivant.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adresa: <\/strong>mun.
