Concep\u0163ia \u015fi metodologia func\u0163ion\u0103rii acesteia sunt aprobate de la \u00eenfiin\u0163area Academiei. Catedra asigur\u0103 predarea unui ciclu de discipline socio-umane \u015fi contribuie la educarea genera\u0163iilor de func\u0163ionari publici cu statut special de un \u00eenalt nivel de cultur\u0103 \u00een baza valorilor general-umane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spiritul academic integrat \u00een activitatea didactic\u0103, calitatea cercet\u0103rii \u015ftiin\u0163ifice, acumularea competen\u0163elor novatoare pentru procesul de instruire \u015fi formare a tinerei genera\u0163ii n-au \u00eencetat niciodat\u0103 s\u0103 fie pilonul concep\u0163iei membrilor catedrei. Dovad\u0103 este faptul c\u0103, \u00een cadrul ei activeaz\u0103 doctori \u00een \u015ftiin\u0163e, conferen\u0163iari universitari, doctoranzi \u015fi masteri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Obiectivele activit\u0103\u0163ii <\/em><em>catedrei<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reie\u015find din actele normative institu\u0163ionale \u015fi cele care reglementeaz\u0103 activitatea unit\u0103\u0163ii structurale, precum \u015fi specificul disciplinelor din cadrul ei cu tangen\u0163\u0103 \u00een jurispruden\u0163\u0103, catedra are urm\u0103toarele obiective:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) instruirea competen\u0163elor profesionale, cognitive, intelectuale la angaja\u0163ii MAI \u015fi studen\u0163i;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) educarea capacit\u0103\u0163ilor volitiv-morale \u015fi a valorilor general umane;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) sporirea calit\u0103\u0163ii organiza\u0163ionale \u015fi instructiv metodice orientat\u0103 spre aprofundarea cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor teoretice \u015fi practice, precum \u015fi dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u0163ilor ocupa\u0163ionale;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) instruirea viitorilor speciali\u015fti prin inova\u0163ie, cultur\u0103, cercetare \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103 dezvoltat\u0103 \u00een cadrul forumurilor \u015ftiin\u0163ifico-practice;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) implementarea metodelor instructiv-educative contemporane, utiliz\u00e2nd schimbul de experien\u0163\u0103 \u015fi perfec\u0163ionare continu\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6) colaborarea cu catedrele didactice similare de la alte institu\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt precum \u015fi cu angaja\u0163ii subdiviziunilor MAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Activitatea didactic\u0103<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Activitatea didactic\u0103 a catedrei este proiectat\u0103 \u00een cursuri universitare: Management, Comunicare profesional\u0103, \u015etiin\u0163e filosofice, \u015etiin\u0163e politice, Psihologie \u015fi pedagogie juridic\u0103, Integrare European\u0103, Securitate Interna\u0163ional\u0103, Logica Juridic\u0103, Teoria \u015etiin\u0163ei \u015fi etica cercet\u0103rii, Deontologia cercet\u0103rii \u015ftiin\u0163ifice. M\u0103iestria corpului didactic este axat\u0103 pe formarea abilit\u0103\u0163ilor profesionale la audien\u0163ii care sunt instrui\u021bi la Ciclul I Facultate, Ciclul II Masterat, Ciclul III Doctorat. Un accent deosebit catedra acord\u0103 instruirii formativ-aplicative continue a func\u0163ionarilor publici cu statut special, precum \u015fi instruirea managerilor de diferite niveluri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Activitatea metodic\u0103<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectarea \u015fi realizarea activit\u0103\u0163ii didactice ale profesorilor sunt centrate pe metodologia activ-partcipativ\u0103 cu aspecte practice, av\u00e2nd o contribu\u0163ie \u00eensemnat\u0103 la dezvoltarea laturilor psiho-intelectuale \u015fi valorice ale speciali\u015ftilor \u00een domeniul dreptului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O importan\u0163\u0103 deosebit\u0103 \u00een metodologia pred\u0103rii \u015fi evalu\u0103rii a catedrei o de\u0163ine metodele trainingului, jocului de rol, simul\u0103rii, care sunt aplicate la toate nivelurile de studii, mai ales, \u00een raport cu audien\u0163ii practici \u00een perioadele de perfec\u0163ionare a competen\u0163elor de asigurare a ordinii de drept. Calitatea elabor\u0103rii tematicii curriculare la cursurile universitare corespund cerin\u0163elor academice, dar \u015fi specificului instruirii \u00een institu\u0163ie, fiind minu\u0163ios analizate, discutate \u015fi mereu actualizate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Membrii catedrei prin abnega\u0163ia profesional\u0103 \u00een continuu \u00ee\u015fi perfec\u0163ioneaz\u0103 competen\u0163ele psihopedagogice prin organizarea \u015fi participarea la diverse seminare instructiv-metodice at\u00e2t \u00een cadrul institu\u0163iei, c\u00e2t \u015fi \u00een afara acesteia. Cre\u015fterea performan\u0163elor cadrelor didactice are loc prin stimularea schimbului de experien\u0163\u0103 pedagogic\u0103 la nivel interpersonal \u015fi interuniversitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perfec\u0163ionarea activit\u0103\u0163ii metodice \u015fi a metodologiei pred\u0103rii are loc continuu, dar un impact dezvoltativ-metodic a fost perceput prin intermediul particip\u0103rii la seminarele metodice organizate de c\u0103tre catedr\u0103: \u201eMetodica pred\u0103rii disciplinelor socio-umane\u201d, \u201eCadrul didactic universitar \u2013 competen\u0163e \u015fi calit\u0103\u0163i \u00een formarea tinerilor speciali\u015fti\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schimbul de experien\u0163\u0103 interprofesional\u0103 \u00een cadrul catedrei, dar \u015fi deliberarea asupra metodelor eficiente de exploatare a terenului psihopedadogic cu caracter juridic reprezint\u0103 un principiu fundamental de cre\u015ftere a competen\u0163elor instructiv-educative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u0103iestria didactico-metodic\u0103 a profesorilor este reflectat\u0103 \u00een suporturile de curs, materialele metodice, lec\u0163iile de fond: <em>Psihotehnici de comunicare \u00een asigurarea ordinii de drept <\/em>(ghid instructiv-metodic), autori Aliona Bivol, Nicolae Pl\u0103cint\u0103;<em> Psihologia \u015fi pedagogia juridic\u0103<\/em> (Recomand\u0103ri metodice pentru seminare \u015fi activitatea poli\u0163ieneasc\u0103), autor Aliona Bivol; <em>Dialogul intercultural \u00een societatea bazat\u0103 pe cunoa\u0219tere (lucrare \u0219tiin\u021bifico-metodic\u0103<\/em>), autor Simion Ro\u015fca; <em>Integrarea European\u0103 \u00een contextul securit\u0103\u0163ii na\u0163ionale a RM <\/em>(monografie), <em>Deontologia cercet\u0103rii \u015ftiin\u0163ifice \u015fi metodologia elabor\u0103rii lucr\u0103rii \u015ftiin\u0163ifice <\/em>(suport de curs), <em>Importan\u0163a acordului de asociere Republica Moldova \u2013 Uniunea European\u0103 \u00een procesul politicii de integrare european\u0103 <\/em>(monografie) autor Oleg Casiadi;<em> \u015etiin\u0163e Politice, <\/em>autori Oleg Casiadi, Valeriu Harabara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Activitatea \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercetarea \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103 este o component\u0103 esen\u0163ial\u0103 \u015fi distinct\u0103 a activit\u0103\u0163ii cadrelor didactice universitare. \u00cen cadrul catedrei activitatea de cercetare \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103 are o relevan\u0163\u0103 egal\u0103 cu cea didactic\u0103. Ea reprezint\u0103 unul din criteriile obligatorii \u015fi primordiale de apreciere a valorii profesionale a corpului profesoral didactic. Elaborarealucr\u0103rilor \u015ftiin\u0163ifico-metodice, planificarea, perfectarea \u0219i ajustarea lor de c\u0103tre profesori sunt criterii de performan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i acest domeniu fiind &nbsp;uzual \u00een activitatea at\u00e2t didactic\u0103, c\u00e2t \u015fi \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103.<em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cele mai valoroase lucr\u0103ri \u015ftiin\u0163ifice de-a lungul activit\u0103\u0163ii catedrei sunt reflectate \u00een articole \u015ftiin\u0163ifice, monografii, lucr\u0103ri \u015ftiin\u0163ifice, ghiduri: L. S. Ro\u015fca a organizat \u0219i desf\u0103\u0219urat Conferin\u021ba interuniversitar\u0103 de amploare cu genericul \u201eFilosofia, \u0219tiin\u021bele socio-umane \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul poli\u021bienesc\u201d, &nbsp;dedicat\u0103 anivers\u0103rii a XV-a de la fondarea Academiei, la care au participat numeroase cadre didactice \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021bifice de la institu\u021bii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt superior \u0219i de cercetare din republic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu doi ani mai t\u00e2rziu catedra s-a manifestat fructuos \u00eentr-o Conferin\u0163\u0103 \u015ftiin\u0163ifico-practic\u0103 cu genericul \u201ePoli\u0163ia \u015fi valorile general umane \u00een contextul integr\u0103rii europene\u201d, la care au participat reprezentan\u0163i din cadrul universit\u0103\u0163ilor din RM c\u00e2t \u015fi din SUA, ONU, coordonator al conferin\u0163ei a fost dr. &nbsp;Oleg Casiadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este important de men\u0163ionat \u0219i faptul c\u0103 profesorii se ghideaz\u0103 \u00eencontinuu de promovarea \u015fi implementarea activit\u0103\u0163ii de calitate, dovad\u0103 fiind instituirea \u015fi munca asidu\u0103 a&nbsp; Echipei de asigurare a calit\u0103\u0163ii din cadrul catedrei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Catedra \u201eManagement \u015fi comunicare profesional\u0103\u201d efectueaz\u0103 o colaborare str\u00e2ns\u0103 cu mai multe institu\u021bii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt din \u021bar\u0103 \u0219i din str\u0103in\u0103tate pe diverse probleme: Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, Universitatea din or. Oradea (Rom\u00e2nia), Universitatea Na\u0163ional\u0103 \u201eIurii Fedkovici\u201d din or. Cern\u0103u\u0163i (Ucraina), Universitatea de Stat din Sankt Peterburg (Rusia), Academia Juridic\u0103 din or. Odesa (Ucraina) etc. O colaborare pragmatic\u0103 are catedra cu subdiviziunile \u015fi inspectoratele MAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cadrul catedrei este implementat\u0103 Mobilitatea academic\u0103 prin implicarea studen\u0163ilor de la Ciclul I, Facultatea Drept, administra\u0163ie, ordine \u015fi securitate public\u0103, masteranzilor Ciclul II studii la disciplina Psihologia Judiciar\u0103 de c\u0103tre \u0219eful de catedr\u0103 Aliona Bivol, \u00een colaborare cu Universitatea Na\u0163ional\u0103 \u201e\u041e\u0434\u0435\u0441\u0441\u043a\u0430\u044f \u044e\u0440\u0438\u0434\u0438\u0447\u0435\u0441\u043a\u0430\u044f \u0430\u043a\u0430\u0434\u0435\u043c\u0438\u044f\u201d, or. Competen\u021ba \u0219i profesionalismul didactico-metodic \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021bific ale corpului didactic sunt eviden\u0163iate de multiplele merite prin conferirea de titluri, medalii, diplome. \u00cen cadrul catedrei activeaz\u0103 4 profesori care de\u0163in titlul de <em>Cel mai bun \u00een profesie<\/em>, care atest\u0103 performan\u0163e \u00eenalte \u00een domeniul de activitate.
