{"id":8535,"date":"2022-10-19T17:30:32","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T14:30:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.academy.police.md\/?page_id=8535"},"modified":"2025-02-27T09:20:05","modified_gmt":"2025-02-27T07:20:05","slug":"conditions-of-publication","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.academy.police.md\/gb\/reviste\/legea-si-viata\/conditions-of-publication","title":{"rendered":"Conditions of publication"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Materials intended for publication are sent by authors only on electronic media, to the e-mail address <strong>ruslan.condrat@mai.gov.md<\/strong>, with the mandatory completion of the author\u2019s declaration (<a href=\"https:\/\/academy.police.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Declaratia-en.docx\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/academy.police.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Declaratia-en.docx\">click here<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon submission of the paper, the author(s) must indicate the following data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>first name (completely) and last name;<\/li><li>institutional affiliation, Research Organization Registry Index (ROR) of the research institution and title of the position held;<\/li><li>email address of the author and the research institution or organization and the telephone number (mobile or landline).<\/li><li>photo(s) of the author(s) in <strong>jpg<\/strong> or <strong>tiff<\/strong> format<strong>.<\/strong><\/li><li>It is mandatory to indicate the UDC for each item.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract and keywords.<\/strong> The scientific paper must be accompanied by an abstract (in Romanian and English), comprising 1500-2000 characters and at least five keywords (in Romanian and English). The abstract must include the identification of the subject treated, the objectives pursued by the author, the research results and the theoretical and practical implications of the study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The content of the paper should necessarily include the following structural elements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Introduction.<\/strong> It is recommended that the introduction of the paper should express the subject and object of research, the current situation, the motivation for the research, the degree of research on the subject in doctrine, trends and premises of the research, etc. It is mandatory to formulate the research hypothesis at the end of the introduction.<\/li><li><strong>Applied methods and materials<\/strong>. It is mandatory to briefly describe the research methods and materials used in the development of the study by directly reporting on the researched subject (empirical data and research, judicial practice, interviews, case studies, etc.).<\/li><li><strong>List of abbreviations<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Discussions and results obtained<\/strong>. It forms the basic content of the work. It is recommended to divide presentations into paragraphs, possibly sub-paragraphs (for example: 4.1. Elements of Comparative Criminal Law; 4.2. Elements of National Criminal Law; 4.3. Elements of Judicial Practice, etc.).
