s\u0103 reu\u015fim s\u0103 le \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163im continuu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, Direc\u0163ia dezvoltare profesional\u0103 a Academiei \u201e\u015etefan cel Mare\u201d a asigurat desf\u0103\u015furarea seminarului specializat cu genericul: \u201eComunicarea profesional\u0103\u201d, destinat ofi\u0163erilor din subdiviziunile MAI, \u00een perioada 11-15 aprilie 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cadrul cursului vizat formatorii Academiei au familiarizat participan\u0163ii cu un \u015fir de aspecte printre care: comunicarea intern\u0103 \u0219i extern\u0103, controlul situa\u021biei de criz\u0103, comunicarea organiza\u021bional\u0103, etica \u0219i integritatea profesional\u0103, combaterea fenomenului discrimin\u0103rii, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103, \u00een cadrul activit\u0103\u0163ilor de instruire au fost invita\u0163i &nbsp;\u0219i formatori, &nbsp;exper\u0163i cu o vast\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een domeniul comunic\u0103rii: &nbsp;jurnali\u015fti de investiga\u021bii \u2013 Zinaida &nbsp;Soroceanu, Cornelia Cozonac precum \u0219i prezentatorul TV, Gheorghe Gon\u021ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La finalul seminarului, cei 22 de comunicatori instru\u0163i au apreciat utilitatea cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor acumulate \u015fi importan\u0163a subiectelor abordate, dar \u015fi recomand\u0103rile cu privire la necesitatea organiz\u0103rii activit\u0103\u021bilor de acest gen \u00een cadrul institu\u0163iilor din care fac parte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
