angaja\u021bi ai Ministerului Afacerilor Interne bine instrui\u021bi, care trebuie s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103, s\u0103 respecte \u0219i s\u0103 aplice corect legile Republicii Moldova, s\u0103 fie integri, s\u0103 \u0219tie s\u0103 comunice eficient \u0219i s\u0103 solu\u021bioneze profesionist situa\u021biile de serviciu cu care se confrunt\u0103, s\u0103 posede o preg\u0103tire fizic\u0103 \u0219i tactic\u0103 corespunz\u0103toare, care indiferent de circumstan\u021be, s\u0103 apere drepturile \u0219i libert\u0103\u021bile cet\u0103\u021benilor, s\u0103 fie gata oric\u00e2nd s\u0103 intervin\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 ofere ajutor persoanelor aflate \u00een situa\u021bii de risc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cencep\u00e2nd cu data de 03.05.2022, \u00een cadrul Centrului integrat de preg\u0103tire pentru aplicarea legii al Academiei \u201e\u0218tefan cel Mare\u201d a MAI a fost lansat un nou Program de formare profesional\u0103 ini\u021bial\u0103 a subofi\u021berilor debutan\u021bi din cadrul MAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scopul Programului nou de instruire este de a uniformiza preg\u0103tirea ini\u021bial\u0103 a subofi\u021berilor din cadrul MAI, axat pe formarea de competen\u021be generale \u0219i speciale, care s\u0103 asigure o formare profesional\u0103 calitativ\u0103, bazat\u0103 pe necesit\u0103\u021bile cet\u0103\u021bilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform acestui Program vor fi instrui\u021bi subofi\u021berii poli\u021bi\u0219ti, poli\u021bi\u0219ti de frontier\u0103, carabinieri,<strong> <\/strong>salvatori \u0219i pompieri angaja\u021bi \u00een cadrul subdiviziunilor MAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen prezent au \u00eenceput instruirea ini\u021bial\u0103 115 subofi\u021beri din cadrul Inspectoratului General al Poli\u021biei, Inspectoratului General de Carabinieri \u0219i Inspectoratului General pentru Situa\u021bii de Urgen\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li
