Edificiile acestei unit\u0103\u021bi structurale au fost renovate prin asisten\u021ba Ambasadei Statelor Unite ale Americii \u00een Republica Moldova \u00een cadrul Proiectului \u201eSuport pentru reforma institu\u021biilor de aplicare a legii \u00een Moldova\u201d, implementat de PNUD Moldova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 structur\u0103 vine ca prioritate \u00een dezvoltarea strategiilor ini\u021biate de c\u0103tre Ministerul de Interne, \u0219i a rezultat din rigorile moderniz\u0103rii evolutive prin digitalizarea procesului de recrutare, evaluare \u0219i selectare a personalului MAI, \u0219i, totodat\u0103, prin valorificarea experien\u021bei institu\u021bionale \u0219i a practicilor interna\u021bionale pozitive \u00een domeniu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Departamentul are alocat o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de circa 500 metri p\u0103tra\u021bi, fiind situat la parterul unuia dintre blocuri ale Academiei \u201e\u0218tefan cel Mare\u201d. Acesta dispune de c\u00e2teva birouri pentru angaja\u021bi, dou\u0103 s\u0103li de testare dotate cu calculatoare, patru s\u0103li pentru intervievarea candida\u021bilor, mai multe spa\u021bii administrative, dar \u0219i un centru de date care permite stocarea informa\u021biei colectate \u00een cadrul evalu\u0103rilor. Pentru a asigura evaluarea conform standardelor interna\u021bionale, departamentul a fost dotat cu 40 de calculatoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La moment, se fac ultimele ajust\u0103ri la platforma informa\u021bional\u0103 RERU (recrutare \u0219i evaluare resurse umane), care v-a implica 3 actori de baz\u0103 ai procesului de angajare \u00een cadrul Ministerului de Interne, \u0219i anume: unit\u0103\u021bile structurale de resurse umane ale subdiviziunilor subordonate MAI, Departamentul de selectare \u0219i evaluare, precum \u0219i comisiile medicale specializate din cadrul MAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candida\u021bii la angajare vor putea depune dosarele online prin intermediul unei platforme informatice care asigur\u0103 digitalizarea tuturor fluxurilor de lucru, de la depunerea dosarelor de c\u0103tre candida\u021bi \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 la etapa adopt\u0103rii deciziei finale de angajare de comisiile specializate din cadrul subdiviziunilor MAI. Persoanele preselectate vor sus\u021bine online un test de cuno\u0219tin\u021be generale, iar ulterior, dup\u0103 caz, vor fi testate din punct de vedere fizic. Poten\u021bialii angaja\u021bi vor trece \u0219i printr-o evaluare psihologic\u0103, care va fi realizat\u0103 at\u00e2t \u00een baza interviurilor cu psihologii departamentului, c\u00e2t \u0219i prin intermediul unor teste online. \u00cen acest scop, institu\u021bia dispune de teste psihologice standardizate \u0219i omologate la nivel interna\u021bional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eCei care aleg s\u0103 activeze \u00een cadrul Ministerului Afacerilor Interne sunt viitori poli\u021bi\u0219ti, poli\u021bi\u0219ti de frontier\u0103, pompieri, salvatori, ofi\u021beri ai Biroului Migra\u021bie \u0219i Azil. De capacit\u0103\u021bile lor depinde cum se vor manifesta \u00een comunitate \u0219i calitatea serviciilor pe care o vor presta cet\u0103\u021benilor. Dat fiind faptul c\u0103 ne dorim ca acest lucru s\u0103 fie la cel mai \u00eenalt nivel, inaugurarea unui centru specializat \u00een selectare \u0219i recrutare va contribui la eficientizarea procesului de selectare a viitorilor angaja\u021bi ai MAI. Ca de obicei, partenerii no\u0219tri sunt al\u0103turi. Pe aceast\u0103 cale, vreau s\u0103 le mul\u021bumesc pentru implicare \u0219i suportul continuu\u201d<\/em>, a men\u021bionat <strong>Ana Revenco<\/strong>, Ministra Afacerilor Interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eUn proces de recrutare \u0219i evaluare standardizat este esen\u021bial pentru dezvoltarea durabil\u0103 a capacit\u0103\u021bii de aplicare a legii. Sunt convins c\u0103 acest centru va ajuta la eliminarea obstacolelor din procesul de selec\u021bie \u0219i la atragerea candida\u021bilor de cea mai \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate\u201d<\/em>, a afirmat <strong>Kent D. Logsdon<\/strong>, Ambasadorul SUA \u00een Republica Moldova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eModernizarea managementului resurselor umane \u00een sectorul afacerilor interne este una dintre pietrele de temelie ale reformei poli\u021biei \u00een Moldova. Ea implic\u0103 procese \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bite de selectare \u0219i evaluare, care contribuie la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii angaja\u021bilor Poli\u021biei \u0219i servicii poli\u021biene\u0219ti mai profesioniste \u0219i mai eficiente. Schimb\u0103rile introduse prin noua abordare a select\u0103rii personalului din sistemul afacerilor interne, care sunt prezentate ast\u0103zi, reprezint\u0103 un pas important \u00eenainte \u00een acest proces\u201d<\/em>, a spus <strong>Dima Al-Khatib<\/strong>, Reprezentant\u0103 rezident\u0103 PNUD \u00een Republica Moldova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angaja\u021bii departamentului au beneficiat de instruiri interna\u021bionale pentru a opera\u021bionaliza eficient noile platforme. Se estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 dup\u0103 ce departamentul va \u00eencepe s\u0103 func\u021bioneze la capacitatea sa maxim\u0103, peste trei mii de persoane vor putea fi evaluate \u00een fiecare an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru renovarea sediului Departamentului de selectare \u0219i evaluare din cadrul Academiei \u201e\u0218tefan cel Mare\u201d a Ministerului Afacerilor Interne \u0219i dotarea cu echipamente au fost oferite 197.000 USD de Guvernul SUA, iar 21.000 USD a constituit contribu\u021bia MAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
